Carpe Diem Wellness - Yoga Dance
Carpe Diem Dance is a fun joyful movement to music utilizing breathwork, yoga, dance, and moving meditation to strengthen brain and heart health. It can be tailored to any group in any kind of physical condition. It creates joy, peace and inner healing and can also be used to empower and motivate large group audiences.
